Well, Winter has descended upon us Manchester. Some of us have already seen our first snow (though not me, yet!) and red noses are positively glowing up and down the length of Oxford Road. 'Tis absolutely the season and we couldn't be more excited!

As such, it's time for a wee menu update. Our Head Chef George is a super foodie, go figure, and he has an incredible talent for balancing aromatic flavours with traditional seasonal produce. So, he's created a menu of Winter Salads that really allow you taste the season while filling your belly and keeping the cold at bay.
