The Cafe at the Museum is brought to you by an award-winning cafe and eatery, Teacup Kitchen, based in the creative part of Manchester, the Northern Quarter. Our idea was to expand our quirky, welcoming and unique atmosphere into a new part of the city. That's why we took over the old cafe in the heart of the Manchester’s University Campus; on the bustling Oxford Road and transformed it into a new dynamic space.
Besides Teacup's favourite home-baked cakes, the finest loose leaf teas and popular breakfast, we offer a wide selection of new mains and a kids menu. From healthy snacks and protein bombs to sandwiches and salads.
Environmental issues are very important to us. That's why we decided to take part in Selfridge's Project Ocean, which raises awareness and drives change to reduce the amount of plastic entering our oceans by stopping the sale of single use plastic bottles in our cafe. For more information visit the Project Ocean website.
